Victoria’s Secret – ‘Secret Escape’ gift set review

Hi Dolls!

I’ve always wanted to try a Victoria’s Secret skin collection and to my surprise I noticed my local Asda had the ‘Secret Escape’ gift sets among their Mothers Day gifts, so of course I had to grab myself one (sorry mum! 😉 ) and at £15 how could I not?!!

The cute pinky purple & leopard print packaging contains a hydrating body lotion, fragrance mist and a Buffing body wash, all smelling of their wonderful ‘Secret Escape’ scent  which is described as ‘Sheer Freesia & Guava flowers’, to me it smells lovely! so light and feminine, Smells florally with lemon and musky undertones.
I love this collection but if you prefer ‘sweet’ scents then this collection might not be for you.

Buffing body wash

The ‘Buffing body wash’ is more like a mild exfoliator, it contains little vitamin c beads which polish on to the skin then melting in, which gave my skin a lovely Glow 🙂

Hydrating body lotion

I applied this body lotion straight after a bath over my legs and arms, the lotion goes on cooling and creamy…

Straight away the lotion absorbs (on wet skin) leaving my skin soft and velvety and smelling heavenly of course! 🙂 These products really compliment each other.

Fragrance Mist

The VS fragrance mist is my favourite of the three.
The scent itself lasts a lot longer when sprayed on skin that has been washed and moisturized with the above products otherwise it fade after a few hours.

It’s a great spray to keep in your bag when you’re on the go and would be a great light summer scent 🙂

Who doesn’t want to smell like an Angel, right? 😉
