A beautifully moisturising lipstick, the Liz Earle Signature Lip Colour glides on to the lips like a satin veil. The texture is smooth, soft and left my lips feeling very nourished.
I wouldn’t say it’s long lasting, but I don’t think it’s claiming to be. Instead it’s focused on the moisture aspect with its gorgeous ingredients of avocado oil, Shea butter and ‘Enriched with a blend of natural vitamin E’
It’s states on their site that it’s ‘A sheer, glossy red’ and while it is definitely glossy, the red shade wasn’t great for me. It reminded me of the Mac Viva Glam Cyndi shade from many years ago, without the depth. This is more of a tomato red which was no good against my pale skin tone. Check below
Even though this shade isn’t for me( bought online where you can never really tell can you?) I love the actual feel of the lipstick. It has all the qualities of a great lipstick with all the amazing benefits of a good lip balm. That is why when I pop by the Liz Earle shop in Leeds this Thursday, I’ll be buying one or two but in shades that compliment me more.
Of course reviews will follow :)💄
